A Strategic Partner for Digital Skills Development

Digital skills partnerships for Corporate Social Investment (CSI), Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), digital inclusion and community development in South Africa.

We help corporates, foundations and NGOs plan, deliver and report on digital skills programmes that change lives and stand up to scrutiny from your board, your auditors and the communities you serve.

Accredited ICDL training, learning platforms and simulators, computer labs, cyber safety and impact reporting all come from one South African team. You deal with one accountable partner, from the first planning session to the final report.

Who We Partner With

Every funder and implementer answers to different people. We shape each programme around what you need to show for it.

CSI and CSR managers

Your priority

Programmes that reach the right beneficiaries, run smoothly and give your board and communities a story they can trust.

How we help

We design and run the programme end to end, from beneficiary selection with your community partners to certification, with monthly progress reports and case studies.

ESG and sustainability teams

Your priority

Credible social metrics and evidence for your integrated and sustainability reports.

How we help

Indicators agreed up front, auditable records and dashboards that follow your reporting cycle, with outcomes you can map to SDG 4 (quality education) and SDG 8 (decent work).

Corporate foundations

Your priority

Lasting impact for every rand granted, and implementing partners that can grow.

How we help

Multi-year programme design, a pilot before scale-up, capacity building for grantees, and reporting on cost per learner and outcomes.

Skills development and learning managers

Your priority

Accredited, measurable learning for employees, learnerships and unemployed youth.

How we help

ICDL certification, a learning platform with full progress records, simulators and blended delivery, and the paperwork your skills development reporting needs.

Enterprise and Supplier Development managers

Your priority

Black-owned small businesses and suppliers that are digitally ready to grow.

How we help

Digital readiness for SMMEs: a professional website, business email, cyber security basics and practical training, with progress tracked for each enterprise.

NGOs and community organisations

Your priority

A dependable technical partner to deliver funded programmes and report back to funders.

How we help

Co-delivery of training, computer lab set-up and support, a learning platform for your learners and funder-ready reports, so you can focus on your community.

What We Bring to Your Programme

Combine the building blocks you need. Every programme includes support, monitoring and reporting.

Aligned With What You Report On

Programmes are planned around your reporting from the start, not pieced together at year end.

B-BBEE scorecard

Programmes can be designed to support the Skills Development, Socio-Economic Development and Enterprise and Supplier Development elements, with the attendance registers, certificates and reports your verification needs.

ESG and the SDGs

Clear social indicators for your ESG reporting, mapped to SDG 4 (quality education), SDG 8 (decent work and economic growth) and SDG 10 (reduced inequalities).

Digital inclusion

Practical access and skills for communities, schools and young people who are most at risk of being left behind as work and services move online.

POPIA and good governance

Consent, secure storage and access controls for beneficiary data, with documented processes you can show your risk and compliance teams.

We provide the programme evidence. How spend is recognised on your B-BBEE scorecard is confirmed by your verification agency.

How a Partnership Runs

A clear, four-stage process with a pilot before scale-up and reporting built in from day one.

Discover and Align

01

We agree your objectives, beneficiaries, budget, timeline and the indicators you need to report on, and take a baseline.

Design and Pilot

02

We shape the curriculum, platform, venues and support model, then test it with a pilot group before scaling up.

Deliver and Support

03

Training, labs and the learning platform go live, with facilitators, technical support and early follow-up when learners fall behind.

Measure and Report

04

Monthly dashboards, a close-out report with outcomes and learner stories, and recommendations for the next phase.

Impact You Can Report

Before the first session, we agree the indicators with you and take a baseline. You then get a monthly dashboard and a close-out report written for your board, your funders and your sustainability report.

Where learners agree, we follow up after the programme to record what changed: a job, further study or a stronger small business.

Discuss Your Reporting Needs

What your reports can include

  • Learners enrolled, attending and completing
  • Skills gained: baseline against exit assessments
  • ICDL certificates achieved
  • Learning hours and platform activity
  • Employment, study or business outcomes at follow-up
  • Lab and device usage after handover
  • Cost per learner and per certificate
  • Learner stories and case studies, shared with consent

Common Questions

Can you work with our existing NGO or implementing partner?

Yes. Many programmes work best when a community partner leads on the ground. We can co-deliver with them, supplying accredited training, the learning platform, labs and reporting, and building their capacity along the way.

Does this count towards our B-BBEE scorecard?

Programmes can be designed to support the Skills Development, Socio-Economic Development or Enterprise and Supplier Development elements, depending on who the beneficiaries are and how the spend is structured. We provide the evidence: registers, certificates, invoices and reports. Your B-BBEE verification agency confirms how it is recognised, so we recommend involving them early.

Where can you deliver programmes?

We are based in Durban, KwaZulu-Natal, and deliver in person across the province. Online and blended programmes can reach learners anywhere in South Africa. Talk to us about on-site delivery in other provinces.

How do you protect beneficiary information?

We collect only what the programme and its reporting need, get consent, store records securely with controlled access, and share reports in a form agreed with you. Our processes follow the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA).

What does a programme cost?

It depends on the number of learners, the duration, the location and whether equipment or labs are included. We give you a costed proposal that shows the cost per learner, and we recommend a pilot so you can see results before committing to a larger programme.

Can learners without a computer at home take part?

Yes. Learners can use a programme computer lab, and the learning platform is designed for mobile phones and low data, so practice can continue between sessions.

Let’s Build a Programme That Lasts

Tell us who you want to reach and what you need to report. We’ll come back with a costed proposal and a plan for a pilot.
